At Arentee we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. While our headquarters are in the United States and we partner with fulfillment centers in the United States and internationally to ensure your home decor and furniture items are delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & The United Kingdom. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for furniture items due to size restrictions.

Order Processing

Warehouse Location: Orders are processed and shipped from our partner facilities in the United States and International.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

* For big furnitures, bulky items and custom orders, delivery is stated on the product page and delivery time is usually 7-8 weeks.

We partner with the following reliable carriers for deliveries within the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & The United Kingdom.

  3. USPS

The carrier used for your order will depend on package size and destination.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders within the contiguous United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & The United Kingdom qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum order requirement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email. You can monitor your package's journey using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery such as delays or lost packages please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item:

  1. Report it: Contact us at info@arentee.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide evidence: Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging
  3. Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or refund
