Payment Processing
Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received and verified. If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed and you will be notified via email. You may retry your payment or contact our customer support team for assistance.
Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on Arentee.com are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The final amount charged will be the total shown at checkout including all applicable taxes and fees.
Secure Payment Processing
Arentee uses industry standard SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your transactions are secure and protected. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. Please retain this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please check your spam folder or contact us at info@arentee.com.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are processed according to our Return Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience any issues with your order or payment please contact us first at info@arentee.com so we can resolve the matter promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and legal action to recover costs.
Fraud Prevention
Arentee reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional identity verification may be requested for high value transactions or orders with unusual patterns. We may contact you to verify billing information, shipping address, or other order details to protect both you and our business. Orders flagged for potential fraud will not be processed until verification is complete.
