Refund policy

At Arentee, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward return process.

90 Day Returns

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee: $0. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to you. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping.

For Change of Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This applies when you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

How to Return

To start a return, simply click the profile icon in the header menu and sign into your account.

1a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

1b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

1c. Go back to the login page, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

3. Select a return reason and add a note to let us know more about the case.

4. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

If you have questions or need help starting a return, please email us at info@arentee.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Within 1 to 2 business days we will send you a return slip, shipping address, and detailed packing and instructions. Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

5. Package Your Return

Use the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation. Secure the package properly to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your return authorization number on the package.

6. Ship Your Return

If you decide to ship it yourself, use a trackable shipping label and keep your tracking number for your records. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We recommend using the carrier and service specified in your return instructions.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Timing: After approval your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

*Note, refunds are only processed upon the physical return and inspection of the item. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with evidence of this policy and proof of delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Reach out to us at info@arentee.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need help with this process contact us at info@arentee.com and we will assist you.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and other reasons some items are not eligible for return:

  1. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  2. Custom or personalized products including special orders
  3. Personal care and beauty products
  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  5. Sale items ( listed on product page ) and final sale merchandise
  6. Gift cards
